Cabinet Plenary Meeting
On
April 03rd, 2009 at 8.30 hr, Cabinet plenary
meeting will be held under the highest presidency of
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, Cambodian
Prime Minister at the provisional Office of Council of
Ministers (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International
Cooperation) in order to discuss and approve:
1.
Draft Sub-Decree on Legal Implement on publishing and trading of
public securities.
2.
Draft Sub-Decree on Procedure for Commune/Sangkat Land Use
Planning
3.
Other issue: Proposals for the cabinet approval to get
ratification from the
Legislative
body again: the agreement between Cambodian Royal Government and
the Government of Korean Republic on the incentive and the
pretection of investment.
